JAXPORT cleaner air initiative fully operational

Nineteen custom-designed diesel oxidation catalysts (DOCs) are now operational on JAXPORT cranes and other equipment and will help further reduce diesel emissions at the port. The voluntary project was funded through a grant program and the installation work completed over a three-month period at the Talleyrand and Blount Island Marine Terminals.
The DOCs are built to require little-to-no maintenance and designed to:
