JBT Corporation Completes Acquisition of Liquid Foods Solutions Provider

CHICAGO - JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT), a global technology solutions provider to the food processing and air transportation industries, announced today the completion of its previously disclosed agreement to acquire the shares of Stork Food & Dairy Systems B.V. (“Company”). The agreement to purchase the shares was announced on July 17, 2015. The purchase price was €47 million, before customary post-closing adjustments.
