The KOG Transport offices in Bangkok, Thailand and New York worked together to arrange on short notice a transport of steam turbine parts from Utapao Airport to the final destination in North Carolina. The total weight of the cargo and loading equipment is 125 metric tons. KOG utilized Antonov AN-225, the world's biggest cargo aircraft. The cargo had to be dismantled and reduced in size to fit in the aircraft, which completely changed the skid requirements.
