MOL Liner Ltd. (“MOL Liner”), MOL (Asia) Ltd. (“MOL Asia”) and MOL (China) Ltd. (“MOL China”) are pleased to announce that the companies have moved forward with the following changes in senior management, to become effective April 1, 2016. Mr. Richard Hiller, currently the head of commerce, MOL Liner and deputy managing director, MOL (Asia), will assume the role of chief commercial officer and will join the board of directors for MOL Liner. He will continue to work with Liner’s worldwide sales force, customer service, and Liner marketing and communications in order to promote stronger relationships with customers. Mr. Mitsujiro Akasaka, currently managing director, MOL (Asia) and deputy chief executive representative, Asia, Middle East, Oceania of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd., will be promoted to chief executive representative, Asia, Middle East, Oceania of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. In this capacity Mr. Akasaka will continue to reinforce the synergy across multiple MOL divisional companies. Mr. Louis Tang, currently the president and managing director of MOL (China) will be promoted to managing director, MOL (Asia). Mr. Tang’s extensive experience in area management and trade management will enable him to reinforce MOL’s customer focused processes throughout Asia. Mr. Yusuke Ueno, currently general manager of MOL’s Port Projects & Logistics Business Division, will take the position ofpresident and managing director, MOL (China). His past wide experiences in various divisions and locations in the Liner division will increase MOL’s strength in China. “These changes will further strengthen MOL Liner, MOL (Asia) and MOL (China) as solid organizations, expand our commercial portfolio and partnerships, and help us to achieve innovations that our customers and employees can count on,” said Mr. Akihiko Ono, CEO, MOL Liner.
