MSC Pilotage Service Cost (Export & Import) scope: USA to Brazil / Brazil to USA 

On October 15^th, 2023, MSC will start identifying the costs of pilotage compulsory services in Brazilian ports in the freight composition through the PSC – Pilotage Service Cost.

Scope: to cover costs arising from the compulsory hiring of Pilotage services in Brazil.

Freight Payment Conditions: subject to the O/F and following freight terms either PREPAID, COLLECT or ELSEWHERE
