Specifically, Oakley will lease office and equipment space, while it’s drivers can enjoy Quala’s amenities and service on site, including lounge facilities, assistance to OTR drivers, and special events and activities – all of which Oakley values and recognizes as important to the health and happiness of its team members. “As a family-owned and run company, we want to do what’s best for our bulk tank professionals, and that includes operating from locations closer to home – their home – which better serves our customers.” stated Tommy Oakley, Sr., CEO of Oakley Transport, Inc. “We know it is critical in today’s operating environment to do everything we can to take care of our customers’ drivers,” stated Terry O’Brien, president of Quala. “We know that we play a role in helping to ensure driver sustainability. We understand that driver sustainability must be as important to the cleaning facility as it is to the fleet. We are an extension of our customers. If they succeed, we succeed.” In addition to driver support, Oakley will work with Quala to write new and expanded quality assurance policies for food grade cleaning, which would be used for Oakley as well as the organization’s other business and transportation clients. “Quality assurance is at the forefront of our business and we ensure that our partners share the same expectation and dedication,” stated Oakley. “Having written guidelines for food grade tanker cleaning at a national level, we understand the importance of what we’re hauling, as it will eventually end up in your home and mine to feed our families.”
