Pacific Airlift, the Asia Pacific partner and co-founder of the Global Charter Alliance, has appointed G-Air as its sales agent covering South Korea.

Founded in 2005, G-Air's main business activity is airline general sales agency working in both the cargo- and passenger markets. The company currently represents Transmile Air, Starlight Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, Air China and Evergreen Airlines. G-Air is a CASS billing participant.

G-Air's management includes former senior executives of both Korean Airlines and Asiana. CEO Charles Yang ' whose own career history includes the posts of S.V.P. at Hanjin Co. Ltd, and Managing V.P. Cargo, Regional V.P. Europe and G.M. Americas for Korean Air ' says: 'Our company is fast-growing, and we continue to search for opportunities to diversify and add to our service offering.

Pacific Airlift (Singapore) Pte Ltd was established as an aircraft charter and freight solution management company in 1999, with offices spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Vietnam and Indonesia.

The Pacific Airlift team includes highly-experienced brokers with diverse backgrounds spanning aviation, the military and logistics. It is active in all aspects of cargo charter including humanitarian relief movements, plant disaster recovery, oil and gas, AOG, ships' spares and general cargo to areas not served by scheduled carrier services.
