After admiring the team’s forty-five-year success in an ever-changing industry, I look forward to assisting in taking Pilot to the next level.”  Having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Ferrellgas Partners, LP., Todd comes to Pilot with an extensive background in corporate finance and financial management, with an expertise in deal sourcing and structuring.  “With critical support from our partners at ATL and bcIMC secured, Pilot is poised to grow exponentially,” said Richard Phillips, Chief Executive Officer of Pilot. “Having completed more than $1 billion in acquisitions across several prominent transactions, Todd has an understanding of the logistics industry that will serve him well at Pilot, where he will play a major role in the execution of our ambitious development plans. We welcome him to the Pilot family with great enthusiasm.”  Founded in 1970, Pilot provides expedited and time-definite domestic and international freight forwarding, e-commerce and home delivery, and value-added logistics services through a network of over 75 stations in North America and Western Europe and 87 core international partners.
