Savannah is the fourth busiest port and second busiest container exporter in the U.S. April marked a record month for the Georgia Ports Authority. Total tonnage was up 13 percent across all ports. Savannah also welcomed the largest vessel to ever call the East Coast to date, the COSCO Development.
