Overdimensional cargo transportation network, Project Professionals Group, has expanded its Australian membership to include individual states. PPG general manager Kevin Stephens said Cargo Line International Pty Ltd is the new member for New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania and CMX Global Logistics Pty Ltd is the new member for Queensland with 360 Logistics Pty Ltd representing the network in Western Australia.  “PPG has a policy of one member per nation other than in large economies where it makes more sense to divide geographically such as India and China,” Mr Stephens said. “Australia will now be categorised into separate memberships on a state-by-state bases to offer clients a more localised solution to better cater to their individual requirements.” Meanwhile, Mr Stephens has confirmed that the ISO accredited PPG Project Forwarding Certificate will be held from 17-18 October in Houston during the Breakbulk Americas education program despite the impact of Hurricane Harvey. Registration remains open and includes a one-day pass to the Breakbulk Americas exhibition hall and invitation to the official welcome reception.
