BUFFALO, N.Y. - ROAR Logistics Inc., the Buffalo-based, global third-party logistics provider, freight forwarder, non-vessel-operating common carrier, and U.S. customs broker, announced its corporate rebranding today. The culmination of a 16-month process, the rebranding is the result of collaboration among ROAR (www.roarlogistics.com), Phoenix-based HAPI (www.livehapi.com) and Buffalo-based 19 IDEAS (www.19IDEAS.com). "There is no denying that social media and mobile technology have created savvy consumers who expect to understand a company's value proposition in a matter of seconds," said ROAR President Bob Rich III.  "Our new 'Arrow' logo reflects not only the rapid progression of our industry, but also the leadership we bring to our customers.  We are constantly evaluating ways to drive our customers' profits by quickly solving their logistical challenges with greater efficiency." ROAR's new branding was developed by HAPI, a full-service branding firm.  HAPI created a new logo, new tagline ("Peace of Mind. Delivered."), business system, and sales materials to help position ROAR as a global logistics powerhouse with transportation resources around the world.  According to Jason Hackett, Owner and Creative Director at HAPI, "ROAR is growing quickly and has an expansive network of partners that makes moving freight around the globe very easy.  Visually, we wanted the new brand to communicate movement, global logistical expertise, and trust." Along with the new company logo, the rebranding project included a redesign of ROAR's marketing materials and a relaunch of its corporate website (www.roarlogistics.com).  The redesigned website allows ROAR to increase its responsiveness to customers and vendors, thanks to a better system for disseminating inquiries. "We've designed our new online system to better direct inquiries to the right team members," said Rich.  "This automation saves our customers time and allows us to render service at an accelerated pace." 19 IDEAS collaborated closely with ROAR on every detail of design and incorporated the look and feel of collateral pieces recently redesigned by HAPI into the new website.  "Website visitors immediately know they have come to the right place," said 19 IDEAS Digital Director Dan Gigante.  "Everything is laid out in a manner that expedites service for customers on the move." The website team carefully selected images, typeface and responsive strategies for the most-impactful appearance possible on all devices.  ROAR anticipates that future updates to the website will include more-powerful tools for providing better customer visibility and vendor integration with the company's transportation management system. "As ROAR continues to grow and evolve, so must our message and our business processes," said Tim Mathien, Vice President of Operations and Administration at ROAR.  "Our goal is to make it easy for both our customers and our vendors to work with us, so we're their trusted first choice for each and every transaction."
