MOSCOW - Exports of Urals and CPC crude oil blends from Black Sea ports have been restored in full as weather conditions improved after a storm, industry sources told Reuters on Tuesday. They said that exports of Urals from Novorossiisk had resumed at around 0500 (0200 GMT) on Tuesday after being halted on Jan. 16. Caspian Pipeline Consortium restarted loadings on Monday evening, the sources said.
