Effective for vessels with Sailing Date after March 17th, 2017 SCPA container terminals will receive containers on a 14 day export receiving window based on the currently published sailing date of each vessel found on the steamship line websites. SCPA will no longer use the Proforma Sailing schedule to open vessels for export receiving. In addition, we will not open for more than TWO ships at one time for each vessel service.  If vessels fall off rotation, it may prevent the third ship from opening. SCPA will only open for a third vessel, in a specific service, when it is 7 calendar days from the known sailing date. All Port Users can find ACTIVE EXPORT RECEIVING VESSELS via the SCPA website and should not plan truck and container arrivals until the vessel is listed as OPEN for export receiving Active Export Vessel Listing can be found at www.scspa.com/cargo/operational-tools/active-export-vessels/ There are no changes to free time or demurrage at this time.  Shippers are subject to the free time and demurrage terms of their ocean carrier contract or the line's tariff.
