On Friday, August 25, US Senator Bob Casey and Representative Bob Brady joined with local officials at the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal to announce that funding is complete for the Delaware River Deepening Project, which will deepen the shipping channel in the Delaware River from 40 to 45 feet to accommodate new and larger vessels.
