LONDON - ShipServ, the world’s leading maritime e-procurement platform, today announced the signing of a full integration agreement with Hanil-Fuji (Korea) Co., Ltd, a leading global ship supplier and logistics company. By integrating into the ShipServ platform, Hanil-Fuji (Korea) will increase its speed in processing multiple transactions and drive significant efficiency savings into its operations, as well as enhancing customer retention through faster turnaround time. Supplier integration is the ultimate level of collaboration with ShipServ, and is ideal for companies like Hanil-Fuji (Korea) who process a significant amount of transactions. By fully integrating with the ShipServ platform, the company will now be able to automate both the process for sending quotations and Purchase Order Confirmations to prospective buyers, and the process for receiving and managing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders. With over $100 million in annual sales, the company supplies a full range of marine equipment, spare parts, stores, provisions, lubricants, and logistics services for the shipping and offshore sectors, and is the number one supplier to the cruise market in Korea.

“We are delighted to increase our collaboration with Hanil-Fuji (Korea), and fully integrate them into the ShipServ platform,” said Sharon Gill, SVP Sales - APAC, ShipServ.

“The breadth and scale of their operations, and the multitude of transactions that they process makes them ideal beneficiaries of integration, delivering significant operational efficiencies, optimising and making the quoting process seamless, as well as enhancing their relationship with their customers.”

Commenting on the development, Mr. B M Lee, President, Hanil-Fuji (Korea), said: “The ShipServ team and their integration specialists showed us how this multitude of data and information can be best utilised and automated through a fully integrated solution. More importantly, they clearly demonstrated the real return on investment that can be generated through improvements in productivity and efficiency. We have high expectations, and are confident that this new digitally-advanced approach will deliver real value to Hanil-Fuji (Korea), and our many customers around the world.”
