Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced Mark Coggin has been promoted to service center manager in Montgomery, Alabama. Coggin started his career with Southeastern in the Birmingham Service Center nearly four years ago. Since then, he has served in a variety of roles, including freight handler, pickup and delivery driver, frontline leadership, operations management and, most recently, assistant service center manager in West Atlanta. “Mark has demonstrated a proven commitment to providing quality service and advancing the company culture in each of his roles,” said Rob Smith, regional vice president of operations in the greater Atlanta area for Southeastern. “We look forward to the leadership he will bring to the service center in Montgomery.” Coggin, his wife, Casie, and two daughters, enjoy spending time outdoors during their free time and look forward to the move to Alabama.
