Russia’s Surgutneftegaz tenders to sell 300,000 tonnes of Urals crude <URL-NWE-E> loading at the Baltic ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga in October, industry sources told Reuters. The company offered one 100,000-tonne cargo loading from Primorsk on Oct. 1-2 and two steams of the same size from Ust-Luga on Oct. 2-3 and 5-6. The tender closes on Sept. 17.
