Princeton, NJ - Effective January 1, 2018, TRAC Intermodal will implement a General Rate Increase ("GRI") for TRAC Connect chassis, as set forth in the table below.  TRAC Intermodal values your business and remains committed to continually improving our quality and service. The GRI will allow us to: Continue to modernize our chassis pool fleet.   In 2017, TRAC Intermodal continued to refurbish thousands of chassis to "like new" condition and we are on track to accelerate this program in 2018. These chassis feature LED lights, OEM tires, new brake systems and are completely re-wired and re-painted. We have already upgraded 35% of our Metro Pool fleet and 20% of our TRAC Gulf Regional Pool fleet and will be supplying additional modernized equipment to these and other locations in the coming year.   Continue our radial tire conversion program.  We have completed our conversion to 100% radial tires in the Mobile, AL market and will be expanding this program into additional markets. Continue our enhanced maintenance policy. This policy eliminates "Repair Rebills" under $475 in a majority of our standard neutral chassis pools, provided the damage is not caused by driver negligence. Continue to provide the most comprehensive road service policy.  We are pleased to continue our premium road service policy applicable to a majority of our standard neutral chassis pools.
