RICHMOND, BC - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is deploying a team of investigators today, to Fraser Surrey Docks, British Columbia, where the container vessel Cap Blanche sustained a fire in the generator room. The TSB will gather information and assess the occurrence.
