USF Holland is the first regional LTL to offer time-specific Guaranteed Delivery before 9:00 a.m., noon or 3:30 p.m. the next day to many points in its delivery footprint. By offering earlier guaranteed delivery times, customers are able to get into production or for sale to clients the same day the shipment arrives rather than traditional guaranteed delivery by 5:00 p.m. in which shipments often cannot be incorporated into the supply chain until the following day.
Additionally, while USF Holland has previously offered Expedited Delivery, the new offering expands this service to standardize deliveries of what were two-day moves that can now be delivered in the next business day. Customers can use the transit time calculator on the USF Holland web site by entering the origin and destination zip codes to see what delivery options are available and determine how fast their shipment can move.
