Recognizes public-sector partnership in developing finished vehicle solution Georgetown, KY - VASCOR, a leading automotive logistics provider, is a recipient of the Innovation Partnership Award at the 2016 Automotive Leaders Summit Conference. VASCOR won this honor for its work with Indian Railways in developing AutoLinx, its finished vehicle distribution solution operated by its Delhi-based joint venture with APL Logistics. This work included development of a new double-deck railcar design, car loading ramp, and the management of transit times. Between April and December 2015, almost 40 percent of finished vehicle movements by rail across India was on AutoLinx trains.
