CMA CGM Group announced that the CMA CGM TIGRIS, one of the latest CMA CGM vessels, will be calling the Port of Santos on February, 6th. CMA CGM will be the first carrier to introduce a vessel of such a capacity in Brazil.
The CMA CGM TIGRIS is a 10,622 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) vessel that will be added to the fixed-day and weekly SEAS2 service. It will call 13 ports, connecting Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa within 90 days.
