The joint-venture company will maintain the existing office locations and will continue to provide the full range of UASC's service products.

UASC currently operates four weekly services in Italy connecting Asia, Indian Sub-Continent, Arabian Gulf, Red Sea, East Mediterranean and US East Coast, with direct calls at Genoa, La Spezia, Naples and Gioia Tauro and with dedicated shuttle services to/from Livorno and Venice.
In 2008 UASC will take delivery of eight x 7,000 teus ships that will be deployed in the Asia ' Europe trade.
