Cargo Claims Masterclass

BIMCO's Masterclass on Marine Cargo Claims will examine specific issues which arise when goods are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. This three-day course will focus on the legal liabilities of carriers and the practical issues which arise when claims are made against ships, including the mechanics of pursuing and defending cargo claims. The course is comprised of presentations on various relevant aspects and two case studies which will consider these issues in the context of common day-to-day scenarios.
