The Delta Cargo website has been enhanced with a number of new features that improve the shipping process for customers. New features include the full product portfolio now bookable online, as well as enhanced shipment tracking tools and improved flight search.
New features the website include:
- Full Product Portfolio - all Delta Cargo products, including Pharma, are now available to book online.
- Enhanced Shipment Tracking Tools - tracking by location including both aircraft-and-truck view with a real-time map.
- Improved Flight Search - sort and filter Cargo-specific flight schedules at booking, giving complete visibility to available capacity.
- eAWB Indicator - ensure shipment is an electronic air waybill with new indicator on the tracking and booking summary page.
- Recurring Booking Tool - set up automatic bookings – a completely personalized feature allowing customers to schedule shipments up to 12 weeks in advance. This tool is available for customers shipping DASH, DASH Critical, Equation or Equation Critical.
- Build and Share Booking Templates - share booking templates with deltacargo.com users, offering a simple and time-saving booking process.
- Subscription to Alerts & News - receive Delta Cargo news updates and Operational Advisories directly to your email. Sign up by clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button on the Alerts & News page.
