Kritika Seth, Executive Director, Allied Aviation (Allied), has been named winner of the Women in Air Cargo Award - GSSA, recognising her contribution to the development of the air cargo industry.

Seth has played a central role in the growth and development of Allied Aviation, helping to strengthen its airline partnerships and supporting the company's evolution beyond traditional General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) representation.

"This award is an enormous honour, but I see it as recognition of the people I work alongside every day and of the opportunities our industry can create for the next generation of leaders," said Seth.

"Air cargo in India is entering an exciting period, with new opportunities emerging beyond the established gateways, greater adoption of technology, and closer collaboration between airlines, forwarders, airports, and their partners.

Seth joined the family business after gaining international experience at the United Nations in New York, bringing a background in international relations and diplomacy to her subsequent career in aviation.

She has since taken a leading role in Allied Aviation's business development and marketing activities and is a regular contributor to industry discussions on the development of India's air cargo market, digitalisation, regional connectivity, and the evolving role of GSSAs.

The Women in Air Cargo Awards, launched by Aviation Connect in 2025, recognise outstanding women demonstrating leadership, progress, and innovation across the global air cargo industry.

Founded in 1993, Allied Aviation was recently appointed as GSSA in India for SAS Scandinavia Cargo as the airline prepares to launch five weekly services between Copenhagen, Denmark, and Mumbai, India.
