Rotterdam/Antwerp - Broekman Logistics announces a major milestone in the integration process of the former VLS-Group. As from today, the 2nd of April, the location in Rotterdam-Pernis (NL) and the five Antwerp (BE) facilities operate under the Broekman Logistics flag.

As of today the value-added logistics activities, including the filling of specialty chemicals, as well as the specialised warehouses in Pernis and Antwerp, will be active under the names of Broekman Logistics Pernis and Broekman Logistics Belgium Antwerp NV. With over 500,000 m2 warehousing, of which nearly 50% dedicated for ADR / hazardous goods storage, Broekman Logistics is the renowned market leader of packed chemical warehousing in the Benelux.
“With these activities in Antwerp, and our recently opened newbuilt facilities in Venlo and Rotterdam Maasvlakte, we can lighten the burden of our specialty chemical clients from the three main logistics hotspots in Europe: Port of Antwerp, Port of Rotterdam and Limburg area”, according to Willem Jan van Amersfoort, Managing Director Warehousing & Distribution. “Besides that, we can offer new, additional value-added logistics activities; filling, bagging and drumming, to our present and future clients”, van Amersfoort continues.
Only the legal and trade names, as well as the mail addresses from personnel involved will change. All other company details, such as the IBAN, VAT and Chamber of Commerce number, will remain the same.
