Third-party logistics company inks lease at newly constructed 750,000-sf facility in Hillsborough, NJ

Hillsborough, NJ –  Barrett Distribution Centers, a customized third-party logistics and omni-channel distribution company, has inked a 171,560-sq.-ft. industrial lease at Midpoint Logistics Center, located at 152 Route 206 in Hillsborough, New Jersey, a newly-constructed, 750,000-sq.-ft. facility developed by Los Angeles-based Industrial Realty Group (IRG), reports CBRE.

The CBRE team of Ben Shapiro, Mindy Lissner, William Waxman, Steven Beyda, Kevin Dudley, Robert Pine and David Gheriani acted as the exclusive leasing agent for the property and represented developer/owner IRG in the lease negotiations.

The logistics center is just 15 minutes from I-78 and an hour from New York City and Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. It also boasts 36-foot clear ceiling heights and exceptional loading capacity.
