CBRE has hired three experts to join its global Supply Chain Advisory practice, further strengthening the company’s resources to guide clients in analyzing, designing, optimizing and improving their supply chains.

Joining CBRE are Tracy Proulx as Manager of Supply Chain Advisory, Michael Skolnik as Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Advisory and Keith Fernandez as Director of Warehouse Operations & Design. Their arrival comes less than a year after CBRE announced hiring five other experts across the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) to expand its existing supply chain practice.
“As we expand our Supply Chain Advisory practice globally, the additions of Tracy, Michael and Keith have enhanced our expertise in specialized areas such as retailer logistics and data analytics,” said Joe Dunlap, CBRE Managing Director of Supply Chain Advisory. “This advances our capabilities to advise clients on multiple aspects of supply chain, including real estate and beyond.”
Proulx, based in Atlanta, comes to CBRE after more than 10 years managing Sears Holdings’ supply chain real estate amid its consolidation. Prior to that, she was a Director of Supply Chain Solutions at AmeriCold Logistics and a Supply Chain Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Skolnik, based in Cincinnati, comes to CBRE after working for 12 years as a Senior Business Analyst at distribution consultancy Fortna Inc., collecting, analyzing and applying supply chain data. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Analyst for OfficeMax Inc.
Fernandez, based in the U.K., brings more than 20 years of supply chain, network and distribution-center design experience to CBRE. He has worked on supply chain assignments with leading retailers, manufacturers and logistics providers include Harrods, Aldi, Argos, De La Rue, Huntsman Chemicals, DHL and Yodel, among others.
