South Gate, CA - CIMC Intermodal Equipment has hired Al Anderson as director, fleet business development and Brian Hofmann as regional sales manager.
Al Anderson joins CIMC IE after a 35-plus year career in the commercial vehicle industry. His new role at CIMC IE will be to develop a robust fleet presence for the leading chassis supplier in North America. Anderson is an active TMC and TCA associate, spending nine years serving on the TMC board and six years as Chairman of Associates at TMC. He is also a TMC Silver Spark Plug recipient.
Brian Hofmann brings proven sales experience to his new role at CIMC IE as regional sales manager based in Chicago, IL. Hofmann’s past accomplishments include successfully bringing an established British company to the U.S. market, developing them into a formidable competitor and signing multi-year agreements with logistical and aviation companies such as Boeing, Fed-Ex Freight and United. He holds a BS/BA in Business.
