South Gate, CA - Trevor Ash, vice president of sales and marketing for CIMC Intermodal Equipment, has been elected to fill the Supplier Division seat on the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) Board for 2020.

Ash joined CIMC Intermodal Equipment in 2016 with more than 20 years of sales experience and a career in business development with a leading heavy equipment distributor specializing in heavy lift and intermodal systems.  In his role at CIMC, Ash’s responsibilities include strategic planning and new business development along with managing the sales and marketing team to meet customer and market demands.

Ash spearheaded the creation of the Revere chassis specification, a revolutionary new development for the intermodal industry that offers upgraded componentry to deliver to the industry the safest and lowest cost of ownership container chassis. Additionally, he originated from concept to creation the CIMC NAFTA chassis with the mission of expanding sales markets into Canada and Mexico.
