The Managing Members will consider an interlocal agreement with the City of Seattle to receive a $150,000 contribution for the The Northwest Seaport Alliance’s Clean Truck Fund at their Tuesday meeting.

The contribution will support the NWSA's efforts to help approximately 25 truck owners enrolled in the Clean Truck Fund, removing approximately 1 ton of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) annually as a result. This partnership with the City of Seattle builds on the current $2.7 million Clean Truck Fund, which includes grants from the State of Washington, the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and contributions from the NWSA.
