The CMA CGM Group, a global player in maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions, is launching SEA REWARD, an innovative loyalty program for shipping customers.

Unique to the market, SEA REWARD awards the frequency and volume of shipments by CMA CGM customers who use "SpotOn", a digital solution launched in 2022, that simplifies booking with instant quotes, guaranteed pricing, and priority access to vessel space.

SEA REWARD marks the Group's determination to continue to transform the shipping sector, mobilize digital innovation and to enhance the customer experience.

Already accessible to the Group’s digital customers in Europe, accessibility in North America includes the United States, Canada, Guam, and the American Virgin Islands. SEA REWARD will continue to become available in other regions.

Exclusive rewards and benefits

After joining SEA REWARD on their My CMA CGM account, the reward program offers digital customers access to four status tiers based on the frequency and volume of their shipments. As bookings proceed, customers acquire "Lieutenant", "Captain", "Master", and eventually "Admiral" status each providing exclusive benefits, which include the ability to earn Nautical Miles they can use to pay part of their invoices.
