Corvus Energy, the global leader in zero emission solutions for the ocean space, has announced the opening of its new office in Shanghai, China. This strategic expansion states the company’s commitment towards supporting the shipowners, shipyards, integrators, as well as other partners, involved in the Chinese shipbuilding industry.
The Shanghai office will serve as a key hub to provide localized sales and service support to customers and partners.
Ren Li has been appointed as the Country Manager for Corvus Energy in China. Ren has extensive experience from large marine companies like Rolls Royce, Wärtsila and Bergen Engines as well as Corvus Energy in Norway and has now relocated to Shanghai to lead Corvus Energy’s expansion in the region.
“The uptake in deliveries for China makes the Shanghai establishment a natural next step. Local knowledge and on-the-ground presence will be essential to provide the needed support going forward. I look forward to building up a strong onsite team to follow up on both sales activities and project installations,” says Li.
Building up the Chinese sales and support hub enhances Corvus Energy`s total footprint in Asia and adds to existing offices in Japan, Korea and Singapore.
