Fayetteville, Arkansas. Dupré Logistics has named Melissa Lindsey as branch manager of its new Fayetteville office, located at 995 N. Shiloh Drive. Lindsey is originally from the Fayetteville area and a graduate of Farmington High School.

“Melissa brings a deep understanding of the industry and the region as branch manager in our new office in Fayetteville,” said Angelo Byrd, General Manager of Strategic Capacity Services at Dupré Logistics. “We look forward to being a part of the community in Northwest Arkansas and serving our customers throughout the region.”

Lindsey says her 14 years of experience in the trucking industry, including time with USA Truck, Argus Logistics, Covenant Transport and BNSF Logistics, have enhanced her problem-solving skills and given her an ability to think fast while focused on customer service.

“I do my best to be there for our customers and keep them happy,” Lindsey said. “I’ve learned that being there when our customers need us goes a long way toward them being there when we need them. It’s a give and take situation when the market is slow they’re there to help you.”

Dupré Logistics’ Fayetteville office currently has four on staff and is looking to expand in the near future. The Fayetteville branch is the ninth Strategic Capacity Services location to be opened since 2016.

“The exponential growth in Northwest Arkansas is impressive. In fact, the SCS division at Dupré is also growing by leaps and bounds,” said Byrd. “We’ve doubled in size in less than 24 months — and we do not foresee this growth stopping anytime soon.”

Dupré Logistics, which is headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, is growing rapidly throughout Arkansas, focused primarily on the dry van retail industry.
