Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'AA-' rating to the City and County of Denver, Colorado's proposed airport system revenue bonds, series 2019 C and D, in connection with Denver International Airport (DEN). In addition, Fitch has affirmed the airport's outstanding senior lien general airport revenue bonds (GARBs) at 'AA-' and outstanding subordinate lien GARBs at 'A+.' Fitch has also affirmed the 'A' rating of the airport's payment obligations tied to the airport's Great Hall project, secured by airport's junior lien fund. The Rating Outlook on all of the bonds is Stable.
