Grimes Total Distribution, Inc., a leading provider of third-party logistics services, is pleased to announce that two of its executives have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Peoples Services, Inc., Grimes’ parent company.
Ike Sherlock, president of Grimes Total Distribution, Inc., has been appointed vice president of Total Distribution, Inc. and Ken Klicker, director of finance and controller of Grimes Total Distribution, Inc., has been appointed chief financial officer of Total Distribution, Inc.
Sherlock joined Grimes in 2006. He was appointed president of the company in March, 2018. Prior to that, he was with Greatwide Truckload Management. He received his bachelor of science in criminal justice from Troy University and also studied at Auburn University at Montgomery.
Klicker joined Grimes in 2015. Before that, he held senior financial management positions with Marco Ophthalmic, TMSi, Accretive Solutions and The Unit Companies. He received his bachelor of science in accounting from Florida State University.
“Its an honor and a privilege for Ike and I to be able to serve on our parent company’s board,” said Ken Klicker. “We believe that our experience in the logistics industry will prove a valuable addition to this group.”
