Hanover Company is excited to announce the delivery of Savage Road, a 358,234-square-foot, Class A industrial development that marks Hanover’s first project in the highly sought-after Lehigh Valley industrial market. The rear-load facility features a 36-foot clear height and 51 dock doors, providing a highly functional design for industrial users.
The strategic location at 770 Savage Road, Northampton, PA offers proximity to the Port of New York and New Jersey, as well as access to dense urban population centers in New York City and Philadelphia. Additionally, its position allows for a one-day drive to a substantial portion of both the U.S. and Canadian populations, making it an ideal logistics and distribution hub.

This delivery comes on the heels of Hanover’s recent industrial groundbreaking in Simi Valley, California, showcasing the firm’s commitment to expanding its industrial portfolio and entering new markets across the country.
