Maersk Lines announced a General Rate Increase for Mediterranean to United States with an effective date of April 1, 2015. Details and scope of this surcharge are as follows: From Mediterranean to USEC (Newark, Boston, Baltimore, Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston discharge)

USD 300 per dry container
USD 200 per reefer container

From Mediterranean to Gulf (Houston, New Orleans, Port Everglades discharge)

USD 400 per dry container
USD 200 per reefer container
