THC (TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE) level effective January 1st, 2019

MSC announced that effective January 1st, 2019 the THC in Pakistan will change as per below:

For all cargo from USA and Puerto Rico to Pakistan subject to a Terminal Handling Charge (THC):
