Rates in US dollars per day.

Free – time and charge days are as per calendar days, including holidays.

Cancellations do not enjoy free – time.

Days due to vessel omissions or heavy vessel delay are excluded from calculation.

These are standard conditions, special conditions set in contract will prevail.
