Arrive Logistics announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Mubadala Capital will acquire a majority equity interest in Arrive.
ATL Partners, Lead Edge Capital, and other existing investors will retain meaningful stakes in the business alongside Arrive’s management team, who are rolling significant equity into the transaction. This reflects a shared conviction in the strategy that has defined Arrive's growth: a focus on customer and employee experience, a strong sales culture, and commitment to technology investment.
Mubadala Capital's investment is expected to allow Arrive to accelerate growth across three fronts: expanded service offerings, talent acquisition, and technology innovation. Central to the technology strategy is ARRIVEnow, Arrive's proprietary Transportation Management System, which automates key workflows across the load lifecycle while keeping the personal connections with shippers and carriers that drive long-term value at the center of every transaction.
“This transaction positions Arrive to continue building on our unprecedented growth,” said Matt Pyatt, CEO and Co-Founder of Arrive Logistics. "Our business is driven by our talented team, sales culture, deep customer and carrier relationships, relentless focus on service, and a technology platform that gives us a structural cost advantage. We have been deliberate about high-quality investors from day one, selecting partners who share our belief that being the leading North American truckload provider is within reach and who bring a partnership approach to working with our team. Mubadala Capital's track record and conviction in the team and strategy make them the right partner for this next chapter."
Sam Merksamer, Partner at Mubadala Capital, noted: “Arrive has continuously grown load volume and market share through multiple freight cycles and without compromising on service or culture. That kind of consistent execution is rare and it reflects the quality of the business Matt Pyatt and Eric Dunigan have built. We are excited to support Arrive’s next chapter of growth alongside the Company’s management team and equity holders.”
“In 2018, we partnered with Arrive’s founder-led team because we believed in their vision and ambition to build a category-leading freight brokerage enabled by technology," said Nimay Mehta, Managing Partner at Lead Edge Capital. "What the team has built since then is remarkable, and the opportunity ahead is even greater. AI represents a generational inflection point for businesses like Arrive, which has the proprietary data, the platform, and the talent to deploy it at scale. We believe Arrive is entering its most exciting chapter yet, and we are looking forward to continuing the journey alongside Matt, Eric, and the entire Arrive team."
Sanjay Arora, Partner at ATL Partners, added, “Matt and his team have done a tremendous job executing an ambitious growth strategy, steadily capturing market share, and creating a culture focused on innovation and excellence. It has been a pleasure partnering with Arrive and bringing ATL’s deep sector expertise to support the business over the past five years. We continue to have conviction in Arrive’s future and look forward to being there for the next leg of the journey.”
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
