The Port of Wilmington and Port of Morehead City are planning to resume normal operations at 1:00 pm today. The North Carolina State Ports Authority continues to monitor the winter weather conditions and will update operating hours if necessary.  Tenants and essential personnel will be allowed access to the property prior to 1 pm.
