Ascent Commerce Center, a newly built spec Class A warehouse and distribution development in Commerce City (Denver), Colorado has completed a long-term lease with La-Z-Boy Incorporated, a global leader in residential furniture. La-Z-Boy leased 66,679 square feet of space in Building I of the new three-building project.

Located at Tower Rd and East 84th Ave, Ascent Commerce Center is located within the master-planned business park Nexus at DIA (Denver International Airport). The project is owned by PGIM and was developed by Lincoln Property Company and Crow Holdings.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Drew McManus, Bryan Fry, and Ryan Searle represented the landlord in the lease in partnership with Scott Caldwell, Mark Dwyer and Sam Slaton from Lincoln Property Co. Building 1 is located at 17776 E 84th Ave.

The buildings feature dock high and drive-in loading, ESFR sprinklers, and trailer storage/parking. Ascent stands tall with 32’ and 36’ clear heights and offers easy freeway access to I-70, I-225, E-470 and the Denver International Airport within a 10-minute drive.
