- Noatum Logistics acquires PT. JCL Indonesia
- This operation makes Noatum Logistics a benchmark in Asia, with 35 offices in more than 10 countries
- Noatum’s growth continues only five months after the purchase of MIQ Logistics
Madrid - Noatum Logistics takes another step forward in its internationalization and strong presence in Asia with the acquisition of PT. JCL Indonesia, with offices in Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung and Yogyakarta.
With this purchase, Noatum Maritime Group is now directly present in 28 countries, and its Noatum Logistics division has further reinforced its business in Asia, a region where it has a direct presence in a total of 35 offices of its own - 15 of which are located in Greater China. The Noatum Logistics team in Asia consists of more than 350 professionals.
For Noatum Logistics, this acquisition means the integration of more than 20 years of experience in the Indonesian market, thereby consolidating Noatum’s experience in the country and the quality of service that the company guarantees.
The expansion in Asia will boost traffic between the regions where Noatum Logistics is present: Asia, North Europe, West Med, East Med, North America and South America.
