Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODFL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share of common stock, payable on December 20, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 6, 2023. This dividend represents a 33.3% increase over the dividend paid in December 2022.
