Realterm announced the acquisition of Schietstandlaan 3, a cross-dock logistics facility and truck terminal located in the key transport market of Turnhout, Belgium.

Schietstandlaan 3 comprises a 13,875-square-meter warehouse/truck terminal with 45 level loading docks and 686 square meters of office space. The 46,404-square-meter site has two points of ingress and egress, parking for 36 cars and 25 trucks, and potential expansion area. The facility is fully leased to Transport Martens, a full-service logistics provider.

Schietstandlaan 3 has direct access to the E34 highway providing connectivity to the Port of Antwerp, the second largest seaport in Europe. The property also offers strong cross-border potential, sitting 15 kilometers from the Dutch border and 100 kilometers from the Ruhr region in Germany.
