At Sealand – A Maersk Company, we continue to refine our approach and responsiveness to your concerns and requests. That is why we are implementing a restructure to our North America Customer Service team to provide you with a more consistent experience and improved approach when you contact Customer Service.
Starting November 5th, when you call our North America Customer Service Number at +1 844.474.4775 and selection Option #1 for Customer Service. Then, the system will offer you four options to dial from which you should choose your respective regional area based on Load or Discharge port.
• Dial #1 for North East region
• Dial #2 for South East region
• Dial #3 for Gulf region
• Dial #4 for West Coast region
Please note that if, for example, your location is in Chicago, IL but your discharge or loading port is Houston, TX, your region is number 3: Gulf.
