Turkish Airlines announced passenger and cargo traffic results for September. During the month, the number of passengers reached 9 million and the total load factor was 86.8%.
According to September 2026 Traffic Results;
- The number of passengers carried was recorded as 9 million. International load factor was 86.6% while domestic load factor was 88.2%.
- Available seat kilometers (ASK) increased by 2.5% to 24.6 billion during the period of September 2026 from 24 billion for the same period of 2025.
- Cargo/Mail carried during the period of September 2026 increased by 13% from September 2025, totaling 205.7 thousand tons.
According to the January-September 2026 Traffic Results;
- The total number of passengers increased by 5.2% to 73 million compared to the same period of 2025.
- Total load factor was recorded as 85%. International load factor was 84.8% while domestic load factor was 86.7%.
- Available seat kilometers (ASK) increased by 4.4% to 212.2 billion from 203.3 billion for the same period of 2025.
- Cargo/Mail carried during this period increased by 10.6% to 1.8 million tons from 1.6 million tons in the same period of 2025.
- By the end of September 2026, the number of aircraft in the fleet was 567.
