HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Pond-Woolpert Joint Venture (PWJV) was awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for real property planning and programming management support services.

This five-year, $100 million contract will provide support for Army installations and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies at locations worldwide. This contract is the only worldwide Corps contract for master planning and programming and will allow the PWJV to support a wide range of DoD planning needs.

“We’re excited to be partnering with an excellent firm like Pond,” David Ziegman, Woolpert’s Military market director, said. “Our programming and planning capabilities are complementary—we’re extremely strong together and can therefore offer clients more as a team.”

“We are looking forward to working together on this contract,” said Sam Briuglio, Pond’s vice president of Military Planning and Geospatial. “We have worked with Woolpert on many projects and have a long-standing relationship with them in the industry. This is a great, complementary team that is ready to support our military clients with our full-service planning and geospatial capabilities.”
